In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the mw68 platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, net of pending withdrawal requests.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free-bet tokens, or non-withdrawable incentive funds credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency of the Republic of Indonesia, being the sole currency in which mw68 processes deposits and withdrawals.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before any withdrawal can be processed.
• "Platform" means the mw68 website, mobile web application, and all related betting, gaming, and wagering services accessible at https://mw68.cam.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw, or any other betting market offered on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region in which accessing or using the Platform is prohibited under applicable local law.

To register and maintain an Account on mw68, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. mw68 does not permit access to any individual under the age of 21, regardless of jurisdiction.
2. You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so does not violate applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online betting under the laws of your own jurisdiction before registering.
3. You must not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined by mw68's compliance framework from time to time.
4. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any such person employed by mw68 or any of its affiliated entities or technology partners.
5. You must not have been previously excluded from the Platform or have had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.
6. You must be acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.

Each Player may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

mw68 may verify the accuracy of registration information against third-party databases at any time. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account registration is free of charge. mw68 does not charge a registration fee. Any third-party fees incurred in funding your Account (e.g., bank transfer fees) are the Player's responsibility.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. All activity conducted through your Account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified mw68 of suspected unauthorized access in writing at the earliest opportunity.

mw68 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must never:

• Share your login credentials with any third party.
• Use your mw68 password for any other online service or platform.
• Allow any third party to operate, fund, or place bets through your Account.

mw68 reserves the right to suspend an Account where unusual activity is detected, pending investigation. Where fraud, unauthorized access, or collusion is confirmed, mw68 may close the Account permanently and report the matter to relevant authorities.

mw68 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) only. All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding account or e-wallet belongs to a person other than the Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

Accepted Deposit Methods:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. mw68 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges independently of mw68.

Deposits are generally credited to your Account within 5 minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. Delays caused by bank processing or network congestion are beyond mw68's control. If a deposit has not been credited within 60 minutes, contact our support team via Live Chat with your transfer receipt.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the mw68 Account. mw68 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before any withdrawal is released, the following conditions must be satisfied:

1. Your Account must have passed full KYC verification, including submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (KTP, SIM, or Passport).
2. Your withdrawal destination account must be verified as belonging to you.
3. Any active wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must have been met, or those Bonus Funds must be forfeited prior to withdrawal.
4. No active security review or fraud investigation may be pending on your Account.

Processing Times: Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method and the time of day the request is submitted. Requests submitted during high-volume periods or outside of banking hours may take longer. mw68 targets a median processing time of under 15 minutes for verified accounts using e-wallet methods.

mw68 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard requests. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction are displayed at the point of request and may vary by payment method. Any taxes or levies imposed by Indonesian banking authorities on incoming transfers are the sole responsibility of the Player.

mw68 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as BRI Liga 1 fixtures, the UEFA Champions League, and Indonesian cultural occasions including Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Ramadhan.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each bonus offer is available once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless stated otherwise.

• Bonus Funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited automatically.

Product-specific rules are published within each game or betting market and form part of these Terms by reference.

The following general betting rules apply across all product categories:

• All bets are final once confirmed. mw68 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been accepted by the system, except where a manifest error has occurred (see below).
• Manifest Errors: Where mw68 determines that odds, prices, or game outcomes were published due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure resulting in a clearly incorrect figure, mw68 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. The decision of mw68's trading team on manifest error disputes is final.
• mw68 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake, maximum payout, or maximum number of open bets on any market, event, or Player account at any time without prior notice.
• For live (in-play) betting markets, mw68 uses real-time data feeds. Delays between on-field events and odds updates are a normal feature of live betting; bets placed during known system delays may be voided at mw68's discretion.
• All mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to be settled as a winner. Where one or more selections are void, standard each-way parlay rules apply as published in the sports betting section.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mw68 platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Creating more than one Account (multi-accounting) on the Platform.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or similar technology to misrepresent your geographic location or bypass access restrictions.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any manner not sanctioned by mw68.
• Participating in, facilitating, or having knowledge of any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupt activity in relation to any sporting event on which a wager is placed.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, whether on live casino tables or in any other multiplayer game format.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability, bug, or loophole in the Platform's software or games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source.
• Using the Platform to fund, facilitate, or conceal any fraudulent financial transaction.
• Providing false identity documents during KYC verification.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mw68 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

All content on the mw68 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, game engines, data compilations, and trademarks — is the property of mw68 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any part of the Platform's content without prior written consent from mw68.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the Platform.
• Use the mw68 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without prior written approval.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mw68 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Any interruption, delay, or failure of the Platform caused by technical issues, third-party infrastructure failures, force majeure events, or scheduled maintenance.
• Losses resulting from bets placed on incorrect odds where a manifest error occurred and the affected bets have been voided in accordance with Clause 8.
• Unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information, statistics, or data displayed on the Platform for purposes other than placing wagers within the Platform itself.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of consequential damages, mw68's liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit mw68's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

mw68 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at https://mw68.cam/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the data processing practices described in that document.

In summary, mw68 collects personal data for the following lawful purposes:

• Account registration, authentication, and management.
• KYC identity and age verification.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
